Hairdid

This picture was taken the afternoon I came
home from my hair appointment. It hasn't looked
like this since. I had hoped, for spending 30 bucks,
someone would notice. Nope. Waa.

When I told Joel my new hairdo didn't last long,
he said, "Did you said your hairdid?"

Yeh, I think I'll start calling this my hairdid. Posted by Picasa

You're so cute with your hairdid! :) I'm sure you're cute with your hairdo, too!
Maybe you just need the right conditioner. You know, leave-in conditioner that you put in the morning. I have a Sunsilk cream like that and it may help styling your hair in the morning (and it's not expensive either.) It's a cream for brunettes The third product on that page. If you can't find it I'll see if I can send you a tube, ok? :)

Love your top and earrings too!

Looks cute. I love it. I love short hair...use to have mine that way but my husband likes it long. Anyhow, yours is adorable....love it.

Thanks, ladies. Boy I feel like that was a shameless attempt at getting a compliment. Maybe I shouldn't have posted my picture and kept the attention on the little funnie. I really thought Joel's past tense noun was hilarious. A hairdid is a hairdo that doesn't!
Anyway, Isabelle, I may look for that product. Generally my hair is manageable and soft, and I've never paid for a perm since the curl is natural, but the downside is humidity makes it its own beast. Product tames it into submission, but it loses softness. The product you mention is for natural color, right, not bottled? I wasn't sure by the ad. I don't have coloring. (I'm sort of afraid of it--cancer-causing??) Bethany, your hair is gorgeous long. I haven't managed long since 5th grade. My hair grows out, not down. Amanda, thanks. I've got some cute pix to upload soon. Blogworthy ones, as you say!

Hi Zoanna, I have thick curly hair that turns into a chia pet in humid weather. My secret is lots of hair gel. I use cheap DEP gel. It is thick and keeps my hair from getting frizzy. Crunch your hair as you dry it, and it stays curly for a few days. My hair is on the dryer side, so I only wash it every few days. I just "fluff" my hair each day with the hair dryer and off I go. I like the picture - I have a similar haircut. - Vicki

Zo, I've never coloured my hair either. This product is for natural colours. It does leave your hair soft because it is a cream, not a gel. And it smells good! (a bit like cinnamon and spices)

Ooh, okay, Isa, I'll look for it!
