My son, Ben, is around 6'6 or 6"7" and is into bodybuilding, big-time. He usually lift weights every other day in our basement, wearing an old white undershirt.
Yesterday he was standing in front of the fridge (looking for protein) and I said, "Ben, you've got a ripped shirt. How come?"
He sticks out his chest, flexes his biceps, and smiles proudly. "A ripped shirt on a ripped body," he said.

Hi fellow 25 Things for Charity member. Gotta ask, how old is your son with the ripped shirt & body. Had to laugh when I read that. Don't know how to send you the link here for website, but the name is Homefront Christian Outreach in Oxford, Pa. However, the individual family I spoke/blogged about is Brieann Masenoir. Her name is listed as her email. After contacting her directly (someone posted something about her on Crochetiville in Hat a Week thread), she responded and explained to be what she and her family do. I was sooooooooo moved and thought I would send my items to her directly, rather than to the larger group. Wow... You mean Ben is about 2 metres tall? I'm not even 5'1". Talk about contrast. Can you picture us next to each other?
I can almost hear Ben say those words... With a deep, masculine voice and drawling the "o" in "body"... Isn't it how he said it?

Homefront Chritian Outreach 228 Election Rd, Oxford PA 19363 is the parent group, Brieann Masenoir is the individual who with the help ofher family has taken on the winter keep warm portion, and distributes coats, hats, scarfs, etc. to those in need. I was so impressed with what she as an individual has done with the help of her family I had to take this cause on. Let me know what you decide.

I haven't checked comments on this post in a while. I asked Ben if I could post a picture of him flexing his biceps on my blog and he just shook his head. "What would you wanna do THAT for?" But I think secretly he'd love it. He's like, "you don't want us posting our OWN pictures on there..."
I am 5'3, my hubby is 6'4, and all the kids are tall. My daughter is 5'11 and my 3 year old has always been in the 95th percentile for height. I'm the dwarf (and tend to grow OUT instead of up :(-.
